We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our very first retreat for Camp Ramah Darom teens in 9th–12th grades, thanks to funding from Marcus and the National Ramah Commission. The first Delet Darom Teen Retreat will be at Camp on February 2-4, 2024. Registration is limited to 60 teens and is all Ramah Darom high school age campers and their friends!
Thanks to the funds we have received to subsidize this program, the cost to attend is $118 per teen, which includes transportation from Atlanta to Ramah Darom. To help frame some of our learning over the retreat weekend, we are collaborating directly with Root One’s Director of Experiential Israel Education to create programming for our teens. Root One, provides financial, organizational and educational support to affiliated Israel trip providers (including a significant discount on Ramah Israel Seminar tuition).
In addition to our signature learning, the Teen Retreat will include a Camp Ramah Darom Shabbat filled with all the ruach and traditions you would expect from the summer and other fun surprises. It will be staffed by senior Camp leadership as well as seasoned Camp madrichim (counselors).

Shared Cabins
Cabins are spacious and nestled throughout the campus. Each cabin offers a dorm-style bunking area and private twin rooms with shared stalls, showers, and sinks. All cabin rates are based on shared space. Linens are provided, but beds are not made up. The private room within each cabin is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please use this Packing List as a guide and bring any specific items that you feel are necessary for your health, safety and enjoyment.
Flying: Please book a flight that arrives by noon on Friday and departs after 4:00pm on Sunday.
Taking the Bus: The airport bus to and from Camp is included in the price of this retreat. Plan on meeting the bus at the Airport at 1:30pm.

Many excellent programs are coming up for Southeast Jewish teens! We are excited that our teens can participate in two weekends full of friendship, Jewish learning and rich Shabbat experiences. USY, Shearith Israel and Ramah Darom have been working together to ensure that our immersive programs complement one another and to ensure affordability. To encourage teens to take full advantage of what is available to them, we have put together a package deal for those interested in attending both.
