If you are looking for a fun and enriching opportunity to grow in a Jewish living and learning environment this summer, we are looking for you!

Paid summer positions are available for motivated, energetic, positive, and hard-working individuals who want to spend their summer teaching, coaching, and caring for our incredible campers and raising the next generation of Jewish community leaders.

Immunization & Vaccination Policies

All Ramah Darom campers, attendees, staff and visitors eligible to be vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to complete full vaccination at least two weeks prior to the start of the program they are attending. This includes the Covid booster where indicated. This policy applies to all Camp and Retreat programs at Ramah Darom, and is consistent with the approach endorsed by the National Ramah Commission Medical Committee.

Camp Counselor – מדריך 

As a counselor at Ramah Darom, you are part of an incredible, diverse and vibrant Jewish community. Our creative, and energetic counselors are responsible for supervising campers and ensuring their mental, physical, and emotional health and safety. Responsibilities include teaching, planning activities, acting as a role model, and enforcing camp rules and procedures. Counselors play a huge role in enhancing campers’ developmental and social growth, confidence and sense of self.

Lifeguard  – מציל 

Camp Ramah Darom is hiring summer lifeguards to serve as part of our waterfront staff and work at both our pool and lake.

Disabilities & Inclusion Staff

Seeking counselors and specialty staff to work with our campers receiving Tikvah Support, living in our smaller group cabin!

Specialty Unit Heads:

Head of Athletics- ראש ספורט 

The Head of Athletics at Camp Ramah Darom oversees all things sports during the summer. Our extensive athletic offerings include basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, floor hockey, krav maga, yoga, volleyball, archery and more. The ideal candidate will be well versed in multiple sports, have experience coaching or working with a camp sports program and bring immense enthusiasm to the role.  

*The position requires summer residency at our Clayton, GA campus from 6/6-8/9.
