Work at Camp
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not hosting any programs on Ramah Darom’s campus at this time. Please check back soon.
If you are looking for a fun and enriching opportunity to grow in a Jewish living and learning environment this summer, we are looking for you!
At Camp Ramah Darom, we strive to provide campers and staff with unmatched, extraordinary Jewish living and learning experiences. Our summer staff, about 250 strong, consists of carefully selected and trained college and graduate students from across the country. Together, they build a unique Jewish environment where young people can learn, question, grow and share in new experiences with special friends.
As a staff member at Camp Ramah Darom, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as a mentor to younger campers
- Explore and grow your own Jewish identity
- Enjoy the outdoors on our beautiful campus
- Build community
- Create lasting friendships
- Give back to the Jewish community by serving as a role-model
- And so much more!
We are looking for talented and committed Jewish college-age staff. Are you certified to work on the waterfront? Are you a talented artist who loves children? Or maybe you love planning activities and helping children grow and learn. Perhaps you are a budding educator, searching for that perfect summer laboratory. Come find out how meaningful – personally and professionally – a summer at Ramah can be.
Paid summer positions are available for motivated, energetic, positive, and hard-working individuals who want to spend their summer teaching, coaching, and caring for our incredible campers and raising the next generation of Jewish community leaders.

“I have worked with kids with disabilities in the past, both in schools and summer camp, but I never fully understood what supporting someone meant until I was invited to staff the Tikvah Support program at Camp Ramah Darom.”
