4 & 8 Week Sessions

The Ramah Darom camping model is based on a 4-week session, beginning with rising 4th graders, which gives campers the time and space to settle in, gain independence and resilience, and become active members of our Jewish community. Campers entering 6th–10th grades can choose a single or double session, with a short intersession in between.

To support younger campers easing into the 4-week model, we offer shorter, stepping-stone programs that help build confidence and comfort in the Camp environment.

For returning rising 11th graders, the Gesher Leadership Program offers a transformative full-summer, 8-week experience focused on leadership development and deeper engagement in Camp life.

By offering a range of programs tailored to different age groups, Ramah Darom helps campers grow, thrive, and build lasting connections within a vibrant Jewish community.

Through the Henry and Annette Gibson Tikvah Program, Ramah Darom also supports campers with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, communication disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other disabilities. Learn more.

No matter how long your child is with us, we promise days and nights filled with adventure, friendship, and joy—rooted in Jewish values and learning within a supportive, inclusive kehillah (community).
