Allison Davis is proof of the “Power of One”.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta’s “Power of One” honors individuals who have made an exceptional impact on a Jewish organizations’ ability to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. We are thrilled to recognize the contributions of a veteran staff member of our Tikvah Support Program, Allison Davis. Allison has been integral to our success in developing a framework in which children with disabilities are integrated into the activity program and community of Ramah Darom.
This past fall, Allison attended the Ruderman Family Foundation Inclusion Summit where she sharpened the focus of her “camp lense” and gained valuable skills to support children of all abilities. Allison summarized her experience at the summit in her article “Striving for Disability Inclusion Everywhere”.
We are proud of her accomplishments and grateful for all she has added to our inclusive community.
