Jeff Weener, Ramah Darom’s Director of Business Operations, is a baker, a cook, a giver and a person who is always working to make the world a better place. At the beginning of the pandemic, he started making challahs, setting them out on his porch and posting on Facebook for his friends and neighbors to come and get one. I’m not exactly a neighbor, but I do love Jeff’s baking, so I put in a special request. The next day he let me know my gluten-free challah and a few other treats were waiting for me on his porch. When I called to tell him how his kindness brightened my day, he said “just pass it on.”
Actually, every time I have ever thanked him for a kind deed, he has said “pass it on”, pass on the kindness.
Some of you may have heard that a few weeks ago, Jeff had a stroke. With his 60th birthday arriving at the end of this month, we would love your help making this birthday a special one by passing it on and feeding others.
