Every year we search for a unique and fun idea for our returning priority enrollment campers. This year we found one that was so great we decided to share it with ALL campers who enroll by October 30, 2020!
Why these crazy socks?
Well, they are not only fun, fantastic and uniquely Camp Ramah Darom, but they also support our mission of inclusion, diversity, supporting people of all abilities and spreading smiles.
John’s Crazy Socks is a father-son venture inspired by co-founder John Lee Cronin, a young man with Down syndrome. As stated on their website, “John’s affinity for crazy socks paired with his love of making people smile made their mission clear: We’re on a mission to spread happiness.” They also hire people with differing abilities and donate 5% of earnings to the Special Olympics.
