There’s nothing like celebrating Passover at Ramah Darom! Experience the beauty of our breathtaking 185-acre campus in the North Georgia mountains. Enjoy fresh, gourmet, kosher for Passover meals and snacks, prepared for you by our team of expert chefs. Seize the unique opportunity to learn and explore Jewish life, culture, texts and history with a diverse mix of distinguished scholars, leaders, thinkers, educators and artists. Hike to our on-campus waterfall, go for a swim in our pool or enjoy a boat ride on our lake, take an art class, climb our alpine tower, play a game of tennis or basketball or volleyball – or just relax in a rocking chair and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
And for the kids, we offer a full camp experience led by amazing counselors.
We encourage you to register early as hotel rooms and semi-private cabins sell out quickly, and we typically have a waiting list of families hoping to attend this program each year. Returning full-stay guests were able to guarantee their same housing location for 2024 through April 30, 2023.
If you would like to be added to our email list, please contact email@example.com.
Registrations are offered as either a Full Stay (10 nights) or a Half Stay (5 nights) based on the dates below. Guests are welcome to come and go on the dates that serve them best, but we are unable to prorate registration fees for any unused dates.
- Full Stay: Sunday, April 21–Wednesday, May 1
- First Half Only: Sunday, April 21–Friday, April 26
- Second Half Only: Friday, April 26-Wednesday, May 1
Passover at Ramah Darom is all-inclusive. All rates include accommodations, kosher for Passover meals, snacks and beverages, plus on-campus activities, lectures, classes and programs.
Accommodations: Ramah Darom’s campus includes 4 hotel buildings, 4 deluxe private cottages and multiple modern and spacious cabins. Passover guests can select their preferred accommodations. See accommodation descriptions below.
Adult all-inclusive base rates include accommodations in a Shared Cabin or a Standard Hotel Room. You can upgrade your accommodations as follows:
- Cabin: Upgrade from a Shared Cabin to a Semi-Private Cabin

Upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis and offered as a later step in the registration process. There is no cost for upgrades for youth/teens/young adults sharing accommodations with their parents/guardians.
All adult rates are based on minimum double occupancy. Guests attending solo will be housed with another solo guest. If you would prefer to stay in a hotel room on your own, choose the “private hotel room” add-on.
Youth, teen and young adult rates are based on sharing accommodations with their parents/guardians (up to 4 people per hotel room). Due to our limited number of hotel rooms, there is an add-on fee of $3,000 per additional room ($2,500 for a half stay) for families requesting separate hotel rooms for youth, teens or young adults.
Early bird discount of $150 per adult/$50 per youth/teen/young adult is available until May 31, 2023 for all new and returning guests. Guests registering after May 31, 2023, or adding to an existing reservation after May 31, 2023 will be charged at the standard rates.

Ramah Darom makes commitments to food vendors and faculty many months ahead of the retreat. As a result, we regret that we cannot provide any refunds after January 15, 2024, for any reason. If you have symptoms of illness or believe you have been directly exposed to a communicable disease, we ask that you not attend the program to avoid the risk of transmission to our other guests and staff. We highly recommend purchasing Trip Protection Insurance as we are not able to refund you in the event of a last-minute cancellation.
Ramah Darom’s cabins are modern and spacious with hardwood floors, a screened-in porch and indoor bathroom(s). Each cabin has an open area with dorm-style bunk beds and 1 or 2 private rooms with twin beds. Base pricing is based on a Shared Cabin rate. Upgrades are available to a Semi-Private Cabin, based on availability.
Shared Cabins are shared by 4 families. There are 4 private rooms per building and 2 center rooms with 8 bunk beds in each. There are 2 shared bathroom areas with walk-in showers per building – you will be sharing a bathroom with another family in this housing type. You may request to be housed with specific families in this housing type or we will pair you in a cabin building with another reservation. ** Please contact us for a discounted “Family Reunion” rate if you are an extended family of 6 or more immediate households who would like to share one Shared Cabin building.
Semi-Private Cabins: There are 4 semi-private cabins per building (4 families per building). In a semi-private cabin, each family has their own space separated from another family by a pocket door with 1 private room, 1 center room with 4 bunk beds and a private bathroom.
For all cabins, linens are provided, but beds are not made up.
