About Athletic Edge Lacrosse

Athletic Edge Lacrosse is a 2-week intensive track during Session Bet, a 4-week session (July 8 – Aug. 3, 2020) at Camp Ramah Darom, for rising 7th-10th-graders. No prior experience necessary.

Campers participating in a single Lacrosse track will spend half of the month-long session focusing intensively on Lacrosse for five days a week, three hours daily. For the other two weeks of the session, campers can go the multi-track route, choosing from a wide range of electives and activities or they can choose to stay with Athletic Edge, continuing with Lacrosse or exploring a different Athletic Edge offering: Rowing, Tennis or Fitness

Athletic Edge is an excellent opportunity for campers to hone their skills in a sport they love, try a new “game” or do both!

“My son LOVED the Lacrosse Track. He talks about all the skills he learned and can’t wait to learn more.”

About Speed Lacrosse

What is SPEED Lacrosse?

SPEED Lacrosse bridges box and field lacrosse and gives boys and girls a way to play together on the same field court.

“SPEED is an excellent option for lacrosse players, from novices to experts, because it’s fast pace promotes fitness while only taking about 20 minutes per match, the official rules prevent blowouts and promote fun, the absence of protective gear promotes controlled, safe play and the close quarters make great plays look even better.” uaspeedlacrosse.com

By design, Speed Lacrosse is specifically intended to introduce the sport to new players as well as bring advanced players an increase in engagement and fun.
